Solved: Sim replacement

My phone has been stolen. I have blocked my sim. I need to get my sim replacement. I have visited O2 store but they said they can't replace this sim. I have tired to call helpline many times but it is always busy. Kindly help me with this my bank accounts and everything is registered with this number.

O2 should send a new sim once reported lost.
