I recently switched to o2 from virgin media, but I’ve notice that the signal is significantly worse. With virgin I always had above 3 bars at home but with o2 I get a max of 2 and most of the time it’s at 1 bar

With Virgin you would have been using EE network, but O2 has it's own network so the signal will be different in the different places you travel to.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
