So I've had the S23 Ultra for a a couple months (?) now and while I'm loving the phone, a random issue seems to have cropped up. I'm no longer able to use my mobile data, so when I'm out and about, naturally I can't use any form of internet or internet related activities. It started out of nowhere, I'm on a Pay Monthly basis, paying a device fee as well as an airtime plan. I have 150GB of data, so running out of said data shouldn't be an issue. 

 

I've tried a few different YouTube videos, mostly ones that tell me to switch to 3G (same problem), manually selecting a network operator (same problem) etc. All of which seem to prevail with the same issue. Any ideas?

@CrescentGent It might be a faulty sim card. If you have an O2 store nearby you can call in. They'll give you a new sim and do the swap for you. Be sure to bring identification with you.
