Shocking Customer Service

Joined 5 days ago and i can honestly say the customer service is the worst ive experienced with any provider.

Chat option through the app is slow with no one live on the other end and the phone number just tells me im going to be waiting over an hour and doesn't give me the option of staying on and waiting. Just cuts me off. 

 

Filled in the PAC code form 2 days ago and still not transferred only for them to tell me i need to provide the information again. 

 

Well if its not sorted by tonight ill be exercising my 14 day option to cancel.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
