How do you actually get through to anyone who can help ..phoned 5 times yesterday and was cut off once they heard why I was calling. Think they couldn’t be bothered sorting it out. Old handset that needs unblocking , went into store last week and after a battle they said it would be unlocked with in 72 hours. Obviously this had never happened and now just cut me off every time I call. The service is appalling! No where in website fir general complaint either. They should have unlocked all the phones they had illegally locked pre 2018 automatically. Bern with 02 for all our contracts for over 15 years. Thinking of cancelling the lot due to this terrible service and lack of help! Very frustrating!

anyone know if there is an ombudsman ?

I am facing awful care myself from O2, upgrade where device was supposed to arrive in o2 store for click and collect that never arrived, more then 5 phone calls later and also messages through o2 community and still no resolution,
