My pay monthly sim was dispatched first class 3rd January, it has still not arrived and there’s no way I can track it. I need it before end of week, help 😩

You are I am afraid at the mercy of Royal Mail, and there delivery schedules which are all over the place thanks, to the current pandemic.

Don't wish to worry you further @Meganlou9_ but I upgraded on the 22nd December and received my new sim last week on the 6th. Luckily I continued to use my old sim. 🙄

@Meganlou9_ If you have an O2 store near you, you could call in with your account details and identification and they would be able to issue you a sim.
