Solved: Retrieving deleted text messages

I accidentally deleted an entire text message conversation 2 weeks ago and would like to know which is the best O2 contact number regarding retrieving the deleted texts. I don’t know if I should speak to customers services or another department. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks

O2 do not store your messages.

Unless you had a backup, they are gone forever, sorry.
