Hi I started to order a Samsung phone however I cancelled the order due to it taking a while and would rather come into a store to get it sorted. It did take an upfront payment off me when will I receive my refund

Check if the payment is still pending with your bank, if so, O2 don't have your money and your bank will return it in a few days time.
If not, contact O2.
