I've been trying to order this phone for over a week now. First of all they had online issues that they failed to recognise even though I pointed it out to several online assistants. Now the site is telling me I have wrong about you details so I cant go through with my transaction. Who else is having these problems?

@Anonymous Visit your nearest store to get the phone as you will have better luck as the online shop is almost always out of stock whatever the page tells you as o2 do not have a live stock system

Hi @Anonymous To be honest the online system isnt very good at present. If it worked you would probably find the phone to be out of stock Best thing is to go instore and pick up the device there...

It will give you the option of next day delivery....you find out there is no stock when it doesn't arrive.
