I have just changed to o2 from EE. Initially pac code did not import correctly and have been paying for duplicate contract. Been advised this now done correctly but I have a primary and personal line. Personal is with O2 and primary says no network but with EE. Can’t send or receive messages or calls as EE primary is not valid but I can’t seem to set it to personal. How do I remove the primary line? I only have one number so dual is not required

I assume you have removed the sim or deleted it if an esim?
If so, I'd guess that you need to back up your phone and do a factory reset.
