Did everyone receive a price increase of 11.8%. Seems O2 taking advantage of cost of living situation with increase of this size which cannot be justified

Yes it was applied in April this year, as per the terms of your contract, and this was before the cost of living crisis...

There is no get out of contract free option, and the only way to not pay it is to pay off your contract / device plan and pay in full, bare in mind all networks will do the same next year....

EE, Vodafone and 3 also increased their prices at the same time and around 10%

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
