I am an O2 wholesale partner with a customer in 02 leaving us and wanting to stay on O2
They have a PAC code and have been to an 02 store and have been told they can not move their number to 02 retail as we have to do it which is wrong! Customer has been sold a new number !
they just want someone at O2 to transfer their number but being told time and time again that we have to do it! But we are not retail or consumer !
customer thinks it’s easy just to go to Vodafone now. The shop a franchise says they are not allowed to talk to the porting team?
anyone advise so 02 can keep a customer?

The customer just needs to request a number migration.

Thanks MI5 but O2 retail store saying they cannot do it we have to! When has the existing holder have to do anything to lose a number?!
