You do if you have an insurance bolt on in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

@Sammy2 If you find you do have insurance with O2 and want to make a claim, take a look here: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance

If you don't have any insurance at all, there are other ways to get a policy rather than use O2. Many homeowner's contents policies cover mobiles, and many banks do mobile insurance too. Take a look on Google for options.
