Phone broke

I need help I need to contact o2 but the top half of my phone is broke and can't press the buttons and wanting to get hold of o2 you need to press 1 or 2 and I just can't do it how do I speak to someone with out having to press these buttons thanks x 

I'm not on pay as you go I can't touch the mo they bill as its at top of screen on the options ! Xx

You need to use another phone or use Skype from a laptop or PC.

You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
