I’m looking to pay my outstanding bill but I can’t sign in to my o2 bill

Try deleting the My O2 app and reinstalling.

You need to contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am

I also cannot sign in (via Web Site or O2 Android App) to activate the 12mth Disney+.

Yesterday it said I had 1 day left to activate it and cannot get in to do it 😞
