Outgoing audio problem due to damage ro local mast

Only within the house, callers cannot hear my voice. Other O2 customers lose reception when approaching the house.

It appears that our local phone mast has been damaged in a recent storm. We live in postal address M24 1EX and the O2 website recognises the mast problem.

Our local O2 shop in Middleton says it affects every operator other than Vodaphone. They also said we could claim compensation or a rebate from or bills (my wife is also an O2 customer. Her number is xxxxxxxxxxxx).

I want to know when the mast problem will be fixed and how I can claim a refund.
