Os Indonesia (Specifically Bali) included in o2 Travel

From what I've read o2 Travel does include Indonesia (Not the Inclusive bolt-on that I already have) but the advisor I just spoke to on the phone says it isn't.  Can someone please confirm which information is right for me?
