O2 open 61202 not working

Hi..

I'm trying to register on O2 open but I'm not receiving the company code from the 61202 number.. tried it for the last week on different occasions but not joy.. can anyone help me please 👍

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

So it turned out to be the android default messaging app.. swapped apps and it's all working now, thanks for the help
