On my 'My o2' app on my iPhone i can upgrade my iPhone before the free upgrade period starts via O2 refresh but I have to pay what's left to pay on my account.
Can someone please tell me if this applies not only from my O2 app, but can I do this O2 refresh in my local O2 store as well?
O2 refresh splits the bill into two parts, your device plan and your airtime. At any point in the term of contract you can pay off any remaining device plan balance and upgrade, go sim only, or even terminate the contract with no penalty fee or remaining airtime being applied.

Can someone explain this, which is on My O2 app please. When I look at the upgrade options in the My O2 app it says "I can fast track upgrade to O2 Refresh by paying £28.49 - this includes a 25% discount on your remaining line rental". It then says "To fast track to O2 Refresh, visit our upgrade shop". Can I still do this in my local O2 store 'fast track to O2 Refresh'?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
