How do Refresh customers pre-order? My 90 day window is complete and I'd like to pre-order the S24 ultra but not sure how this works?

Thanks  slight_smile

I assume you mean switch up?

In which case, you need to go in store and pay a £50 deposit to pre order.

Guide: Introducing O2 Switch Up. Swap phones whenever you want!

Also from from experience of the pre-ordering the Pixel Fold, in store £50 deposit, which is refunded when you pick it up...

Me personally would just wait till it comes out, and then do the switchup..

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

If previous is anything to go buy there may be a waiting list, so if you want it, the sooner the better I'd say.
