O2 Priority

Ive been trying to use O2 Priority to buy Ed Sheeran tickets but the website is saying that my password is incorrect and wont let me onto the website. Can anyone please help?! I tried speaking to a Guru on the webchat but they have not been of any help and just said to keep trying. 3 hours later i still have no luck!

Hi @Anonymous Others have said the same. The website is probably overloaded. I would give up if honest and get your tickets elsewhere

I am having the same problem. Spoke to Guru who gave me a customer service number for priority and that had a message saying couldn't take call due to "emergency evacuation"

Honestly I suspect any tickets they had will be long gone now. ...Find them elsewhere....
