Renewed my contract and was offered an “extra” to choose from. Won’t let me pick one and says I need to contact O2.

Yes we've had  lot of problems with Extras this week. I'll tag our account advisors to see if they can apply it as they have in the past. @O2Lisa @O2Daniel can you help here?

Same with me upgrade last week and tried everyday to add the extra I want keeps saying error need to contact o2

Hi @Jamieeccles are you trying to add extra via o2app or via o2 website connected to wifi or mobile data.

I had same issue adding mine would let me do it through my o2 account online connected to wifi .

If  you can try this way if still having issue let me know and I will private message you thanks.
