me and my husband are the same, not good when you have a premature baby at home and need to contact your midwife...... especially in the current climate.

Could be hours yet as CS are advising people there is nothing they can do so pointless people trying to get in touch with them.

when will it be fixed, as i say i have a premature newborn baby and i cant contact anyone, my husband is working and his phone is the same, and in the current climate this is not good.

i know i have tried and all you get is an automated voice asking you stupid questions. pay a rediculous amount of money a month for all phones and cant even make calls.
