No signal for 2 days

I'm 100 yards from the nearest mast, and no signal for 2 days - PH10 7JL.  Can someone reboot the ground station or whatever is needed, please?

And why is it so hard for me to report such a fault online???

I tried the "Contact Us" options but gave up after 10 minutes - wanting details of my last bill etc. before I could submit anything (do I even have a last bill?), then got "Submission Failed". I'll give it another shot now I've managed to register.

O2 have now agreed there is a problem with the mast... I had to drive to get a signal first before I could phone in.

It's fixed. I think we could do with better ways of reporting problems online, though 😞
