Solved: New phone new sim

I have had my phone stolen with my sim in. I've ordered a new phone and a new sim. How do I activate the new sim if I cant receive the text as my new phone cannot be set up without the sim and vice versa? PLEASE can someone help me. I cant even phone o2 as i have no phone
