I ordered a new SIM card and it hasn’t arrived.Order number is [Personal details removed]. Can you please advise?

MI5 thanks for the help - customer services advised there was “a problem with despatch” - not sure what the specific issue is? - advised to go in to store to pick up to get hold of new SIM asap - inconvenient but understandable.
