Need proof of purchase for an old phone

I need to get proof of purchase from my old phone that my son uses to claim on insurance how do I do this

Depending on how old the phone is it should still be in Myo2, if not then you will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202

You may need the IMEI Number as well.
