Mobile broadband Top-up page not working

Anonymous

Hi
I'm using a 3G dongle (e160) to connect to the internet. It is connected through a router expressly designed to use this particular dongle.
The router is called the DrayTek Vigor 2820Vn.
I have used the following settings :
PPP Client Mode : Enable
APN : m-bb.o2.co.uk
Phone Number : *99#
Username : o2bb (o for oscar, lowercase)
Password : password (all lowercase)
The dongle connects to the network fine - this is shown to me clearly in the router status page. The problem comes when I try to add top-up credit.
With no credit, the only page I should be allowed to go to is https://mobilebroadbandaccess.o2.co.uk
This page will not load. As expected - no other page will load either.
If I use someone else's computer on a different, working internet connection, and I got to the topup page and buy credit, my dongle immediately starts working perfectly.
My question is - why why why can I not load the mobilebroadbandaccess.o2.co.uk page even when I have no credit?
o2, if you're listening, please respond.
Thanks

You're not alone.
I'm using an E160 dongle in a laptop. I still have credit fortunately but for the last 3 or 4 days I've just got a blank page when trying to visit either the data usage or top-up page.
Hope they fix it before I do need to top up!

It seems to be working now, I think they've just redesigned it.

They haven't actually changed anything but there may possibly be system issues. Have you used your present debit card previously to top up? Have you topped up any more mobiles with it?

Best bet would be to call customer service to check if it's a system problem.
