Hi,

I have purchased Huawei Freebuds 3 from the o2 store. The page offers a free wireless charging pad. You are to use the redemption leaflet included with the order. This is missing from my order. The Freebuds are still on offer with this included. Where can I get the redemption link from?

@Jackojack

You'll need to call customer service and ask for a leaflet.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

@Jackojack

Yes I see it now.

I guess you'll still need to call O2 to get the leafet though.

@Jackojack

The dates are all in 2020, and the links to Huawei's Promotion pages have been removed:

Buy Huawei FreeBuds 3 and you can claim a free Huawei Wireless Charger. So you can power up your FreeBuds 3 – plus any other Qi-enabled devices you might have, like your phone or tablet. It’s a 15W charger, so you’ll be back to full battery in no time, and it even adjusts the power output to stop your device overheating. To get the offer, you’ll need to buy your FreeBuds 3 by 27 February 2020. You’ll get a redemption leaflet with your order. Follow the instructions to claim your wireless charger by 31 March 2020.

The link is also 2020 https://www.huaweipromo.co.uk/2020wintergwp

@O2Lisa it might be worth telling the webteam to remove the really old offers from this page : https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/huawei/freebuds-3#contractType=nonconnected

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
