I'm starting to loose the will with O2 insure. I received my 4th phone in the past month as every one since my claimant month has been faulty.
The one I received today I believe has a hole in the screen or something as when I have my torch on, I can see a light mark when the phone is locked and when it is on I can see a slight glare from it.
I want to complain again but I don't want to keep getting faulty phones.
Is it worth it?
