Itemised billing

I hope someone can help because when I phone cs they haven't a clue. When I phone or text my wife her number doesn't come up on my itemised bill but my number comes up on her bill. Does anyone know why

Are there any tariffs that don't have free texts ?

I don't know? You'd have to tell me. I haven't had a monthly contract with O2 for some years now. I know my Three bill doesn't itemise my texts.

Not according to the website - free texts with everything.

It doesn't itemise mine either @Bambino unless I text someone abroad...

(Unless they are hidden somewhere in the recesses of the My O2 billing section)

I just look at my phone if I want to know who I have text...

Yeah other numbers show just thought it was strange. I thought because it was IPhone to iPhone but apparently not and like I say hers
Come Up and we both on the same package

If it's iphone to iphone they will be sent as imessage not texts, so won'y show.

All texts should show though.

Well, @Brenolly, if customer service can't tell you why, and we can't figure it out, I guess it will just remain one of life's great mysteries.:smileywink:

Most strange but as said all texts should show. Mine appear on my bill like so...

iMessage explains why texts don't show, that's no mystery at all but the call aspect isn't explained unless facetime is being used.

There you go then...Just shows I never check that far down to my texts....as they are unlimited...

(Unless as I say I am checking those whilst in Spain) I may go and look now if I get a minute..:smileywink:
