Issues claiming tablet

Hiya is anyone else having the same issue as me claiming the Huawei Tablet:

Its been 30 days I upgraded on the 9th of November went to calm the tablet yesterday on the website and it said that it was to early for me to claim it, tried again this morning and it's saying my IMEI number is not valid, losing the will to live speaking to O2 direct.

Can anyone please help me!
