I have 2 payments of £4.99 coming out of my account each month and can’t find out what they are, they don’t appear on my bill, but they are listed on my bank statement as Apple.com/bill

If they don't appear on your O2 bill and have an Apple.com note on your bank. It sounds like something you have taken out with Apple..

Possibly Apple Care

You need to contact them

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you have an iPhone or iPad go to Settings, click on your name to get into your Apple ID settings menu and then on Subscriptions.

Looks too cheap to be Apple Care but could be Apple TV subscription or cloud storage!
