Hi, there

I was wondering if anyone could help.

I took a call from Ireland around 4weeks ago and now need to find that number.

I thought it would be stored in recent/historical phone logs.

But.....recent calls only go back as 100calls so not there anymore, and 02 phone logs on my bill is only for outgoing calls.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Andy

Yes but your device would not really be applicable to use that data after it has gone. You can only call customer support and explain your reasons. As GDPR rules  as much, the information will not be given out without a good reason. Your online bill will have a note of any calls made alas not received.

@Andy1978

If it's no longer in your call log you won't find it anywhere else, sorry.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi there,

Thanks for coming back.  I dont understand this.  It was not in my call log in the first place.  We're in the 21st century so there must be a way of tracing back a phone call four weeks ago - would presume the police would be able to access this information so it must be there somewhere!?!
