I have been with O2 for 4 years, just about and I would like to compliment the O2 services for their excellence. I have never had any problem with O2 and admire their loyalty to continuing customers. My family are also O2 customers after being with another network as O2 is by far the most reliable network and best value for money.
Thank you for providing such an excellent service.

Hi,
I would like to compliment O2:
I have been with O2 since 2006 and I have never had a better, more reliable, rewarding supplier of anything! (maybe except Durex haha)
I recently had a very pleseant experience with one of the call centre staff who recommended me a few of the O2 apps (some of which I already knew about but nonetheless), providing a very informative and chirpy phone call and took the time to ensure my information was correct and I was happy with my tariff - standard I know - but as I had mentioned I am a student he also informed me of the directory enquires and other cash-saving techniques/ hints as well as the London Underground WiFi.
I am very grateful for O2's service and I have never had a better customer experience (even in John Lewis - and I worked there!).
