Help since today online chat cuts out cannot Resolve excess text charges how do I ensure o2 stop charging my account for MMS SMS texts is there a setting I’m missing any suggestions please this is first time asking for ideas

A sms usually converts to mms after 480 characters. An emoji or emoticon is usually around 100 characters for the first one and then around 2 characters for each subsequent one  A space counts as one character 

On android there is a setting in messages that you can tick to warn you when a text converts to mms.
