Hey I was wondering if someone could help me? So on 20th January I ordered an Apple Watch and a pair of airpods. I received the email of terms and conditions for the contract. A couple of days later I was refunded. So I assume they are out of stock. Am I able to go ahead an order again or would they take the money out again once they have back in stock. I never received any email about what’s happened with my order I was just refunded I’m worried that if I order again they will take the money out twice or something. Do I make sense ?

I'd call customer service to make the order and check it all goes through OK this time.

Once cancelled, it won't be actioned any further by O2.
