I keep getting a call from a number, they say they are going to cut by bill by half.. They start getting angry on the phone when I say I haven't received a message of them the numbers are

01228234024

01228234021

Getting fed up now as I keep blocking the numbers and they get back to me on other numbers?

@Vi1 Follow the advice given to you by @Cleoriff. If you don't recognise the number, don't answer the call. Let it go straight to voicemail. Unfortunately there's not much that can be done about these spam callers at the moment. It's a plague that affects all the networks. Best thing to do is ignore the calls and keep blocking the numbers. They will eventually move onto the next number to pester.
