I am writing to make a formal complaint about a customer service adviser I spoke to at 8.40am on 19th Jan 2023 called Evie I think she said .
I have been a customer of o2 for over 20 years .
I was disappointed and disgusted with the attitude of your representative.
she was rude , arrogant and unbelievably unhelpful. That person is in the wrong job.
I immediately asked to be put through to her line manager to make a formal complaint about her disgusting and unhelpful attitude. I asked her name, so I could write a formal complaint about her. She informed me her line manager would call me to discuss this event continuing to mumble on the disconnected the line . I would hate for any other loyal customers to be spoken to in that manner or tone so it’s only right to bring it to your attention . The customer is not the enemy.
in the conversation I did find out I was paying for things which I was unaware of .
I would be greatful if someone would call me to have this removed as there is no option to do so on the app .

Regards

As this is a customer to customer community you will need to contact O2 via the methods outlined in this link

https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

That doesn't sound like the customer service you should expect @JK7

I'll mention our community managers so they can get in touch to get some more details and pass on your feedback - can you try to resolve this @Martin-O2 @RafaC ?

As this is a customer community all you are doing here is letting people know how poorly you have been treated.

If you want to raise a complaint then the link below is the o2 website where you can raise this - the Resolver option tends to work best.

https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here

Appreciate the tag @gmarkj. I'll offer some support to OP. 🙂

@JK7 Depending on the issue we can get you in touch with someone who can help. If you want to do this drop me a private message and we can discuss further. For your complaint, we can't help with this on the community so follow the great advice you received above.
