Hello,

Recently got my sister a monthly sim with O2 and this was applicable for the Family Plan. She was originally with giffgaff and now switched with O2
She activated the sim and got the discount activated using the number O2 provided and then a few days later she transferred her number from giffgaff to O2.

I cannot check or see if this discount is still applicable. I would contact O2 but the customer support is either 'not available' online or they keep cutting me off the phone.
