Extend rings before voicemail

Hi, my iPhone 13 rings for 15 seconds before going to voicemail. I’ve tried doing the usual: **61*901*25#send process but it still answers on 15 seconds! any ideas?
tried calling o2 but they don’t seem to know?? Keep fobbing me off with excuses.

never had this issue with Vodaphone.

You may need to turn off WiFi calling and send the code over the 3g network.

Wi-Fi calling is off. Still same problem.
