hi I am trying to sign up for my free Disney + but it will not let me it just says something went wrong

I’ve been trying to activate it for a week with no success. I’ve been sent numerous activation links but they don’t work. I called support and was cut off. I had Disney+ previously with 02 but cancelled that. This is what I go to each time.
