Disney plus extra don’t want it

I clicked to find out more about Disney+ but seeing the details don’t want tbe extra. The order has gone through. I have not activated. What can I do?

 

if the 28 day activation period passes without activation will the order be cancelled. 

it is impossible to speak to an agent of course argh
