Disney included in upgrade but being charged

I have recently upgraded my SIm package and included was free disney for 6 months.
I was already paying for it but assumed I would still get it free for 6 months as stated as it was offered in the upgrade package. 
it turns out I am being charged as before - does anyone know show to rectify this?

You cannot take up the offer if you have an active subscription - other info here, @CB10 - Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras  once you have either cancelled or taken out a new e-mail to register.
