When I signed up from Virgin Media to O2, I was offered a Year's deal with Disney +, Some time later I was informed That Disney + was on my TV account until June 23, I have recently been informed that Disney+ will expire on 29th June 2023, that I will have to pay as from July.

I was given a code to enter once the Disney+ has expired.

Where do I go to put this code in, please?
