I have recently changed my mobile phone provider from virgin media/O2 to vodofone. I am still receiving bills from virgin media even though my contract had ended and my renewal was available. The o2 payments have stopped but not the virgin media payments.

We have virgin media broadband yes but I’m not the bill payer for that service. This was seperate for my mobile bill. The o2 payment has stopped when I changed provider however I’m still receiving the virgin media payment.

Did you get and pay for your handset from Virgin? That was never transferred
