I ordered an upgrade phone (that has arrived yesterday) and a case and screen protector at the same time but there are two orders and two emails.

the phone has arrived but not the other items, I have no ability to check on the other order, who do I contact about the orders whereabouts?

Accessories are sent separately by Royal Mail and have no tracking.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
