I have damaged my phone,I have 02 insurance which I pay monthly.I cannot find anything on the 02 website to let me enable a claim! It's ridiculous! Can any one help? I've clicked on to my account etc,and it's shows my payment,but nothing anywhere about how to actually make a claim.thank you.

Just call O2 customer services to submit a claim. You might be asked to fill out a claim form. Unlike some other policies we send you a replacement phone, so you can be back on track quickly.
