Cash back redemption

I recently upgraded my Samsung s8+ to the Samsung s9+. One of the insensitives for an upgrade was a cashback offer of £100. However after following the steps provided, I seemed to hit a wall. One of the requirements (of many) is having a document with a purchase date on it. I have checked the order confirmation PDF file sent and all the other documents pertaining information from O2 regarding this transaction, but still don't have a document with a purchase date. Thus I can't forward the pivotal document Samsung need and the 30 day redemption period is narrowing.

I'd suggest you call 202 and speak to customer services although I would have thought that a copy of your order details from your myO2 would have been ok?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
