Cant get through to 8002

Dont bother ringing  8002.  They don't answer.  We are a business account and can't get through to upgrade.  Absoolutley no problem to me though!

Why have we got begging ads from O2. Again, another reason why i don't give to charity .....

Why?
Because O2 put the ads on the phone line while you are waiting instead of further inconvenience after your call?

Toby I would rather you tell me why i can't get through to O2 to discuss an upgrade? Business account too. Can't start 'Live Chat' either - no matter how long i wait ........ O2 are falling apart !!
